RESOLUTION NO. 112 -83
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
DECLARING A STOP INTERSECTION
ON
CAMINO AMICO AT DEL AMIGO ROAD
PURSUANT TO SECTION 211101(b)
OF THE CALIFORNIA VEHICLE CODE
The City Council of Danville RESOLVES THAT:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations
thereon by the City Engineer, the following traffic regulation is
established:
Pursuant to Section 211101(b) of the California Vehicle
Code, the intersection of Camino Amigo and Del Amigo
Road is hereby declared to be a stop intersection and
all vehicles traveling on Camino Amigo shall stop before
entering or crossing said intersection.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 5th day of October, 1983 by the
following vote:
AYES: Lane, May, Mc Neely, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
