HomeMy WebLinkAbout098-83 DANVILLE Town of Danville 542 San Ramon Valley Boulevard Danville, CA 94526 (415) 820-6337 RESOLUTION NO. 98-83 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE Termination of Subdivision Agreement Refund of Cash Deposit & Exoneration of Surety Bond, Subdivision 5529 Podva Road On June 16, 1981, the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County approved the Final Map (Book 255 of Maps, page 1) and a Subdivision Agreement with Tim A. Cosetti for Subdivision 5529. The map and agreement were accompanied by security in the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $1,000, made by Maderis Construction Company, Inc. and a corporate surety bond dated February 26, 1981, issued by Indemnity Company of California (Bond No. 619913P). On October 12, 1982, the Board of Supervisors assigned County rights and deposits to the City. On March 18, 1983, a map was filed (Book 268 of Maps, page 24) reverting this land to acreage, pursuant to the condition of approval for LUP 2028-82. IT IS BY THE COUNCIL ORDERED that said Subdivision Agreement with Tim A. Cosetti is IllINATE1), and the surety bond {No. 619913P) with Indemnity Company of California is EXONERATED and the City Clerk is AUTHORIZED to refund the $1,000 cash deposit.
