Yuen, et ux., recorded March 27, 1980, Book 9790 of Official Records at page 129, records of said County; thence along said southeasterly boundary, south 520 37' 03" west 8.38 feet to a point on a line parallel with and 42.00 feet southwesterly, measured at right angles, from the center line of Hartz avenue as said centerline is shown on the map entitled "A Precise Section of the Streets and Highways Plan Contra Costa County San Ramon Valley Boulevard and Hartz Avenue" recorded October 24, 1966, in Book 5230 of Official Records at page 517, records of said County; thence along said parallel line south 38o 42' 10" east 113.44 feet to the northwesterly boundary line of the parcel of land described in the deed to Michael F. Flynn, et ux., recorded June 14, 1974, in Book 7249 of Official Records at page 909; thence along said northwesterly boundary north 52o 30' 03" east 5.74 feet to the most easterly corner of the parcel of land described as Parcel Two in the deed to Gerald S. Casilli, recorded November 30, 1982, Book 11025 of Official Records at page 608 records of said county; thence along the northeasterly line of the said Casilli parcels II1025 OR 608) north 370 19' 57" west 33.4! feet and north 37o 22' 57" west 79.99 feet to the point of beginning. Containing an area of 801 square feet more or less.
