Road No. ,L{?2( ~ S.ubdi':ision Dto ?~/b - B2- Assessor I s No. 196 - ~/c::> - 02404-07./ OFFER OF DEDICATION - DRAINAGE PURPOSE (Partnership) I OIBRIEN CLAUSSEN VI the undersigned, being the present, title owner(s) of record of the herein described parcel of land, do hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication to the CITY OF DANVILLE, CONTRA COSTA COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of California, and its successors or assigns, of an easement for storm, flood and surface water drainage, including construction, access or maintenance of works, improvements and structures, whether covered or open, or the clearing of obstructions and vegetation, upon the real property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto. It is understood and agreed that the CITY OF DANVILLE and its successors or assigns shall incur no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improve- ments thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the City Council, or of the local governing body of its successors or assigns. In the event the CITY OF DANVILLE, or its successors and assigns should determine that the use of said property or any portion thereof is no longer needed, the rights herein given shall terminate as to those portions not needed and revert to the undersigned owners or their successors or assigns.
