LD,AG.21DAN Diablo Road DP 3016-82 EXHIBIT "A" The grantor hereby releases and relinquishes any and all abutters right of access for those parcels of land described in deeds to O'Brien-Claussen VI, a California Limited Partnership, recorded April 4, 1982 in Book 10730 of Official Records at pages !81 and 183 of Contra Costa County, California, which are appurtenant to Diablo Road along the following descibed line: Beginning at a point on the easterly line of the said O'Brien-Claussen VI parcel (10730 O.R. 1831 at the northerly line of PARCEL 7 as referred to in the Relinquishment of S.tate Hiqhway in the County of Contra Costa, Road 04-CC-680-6.4-12.8, Request No. 31342 recorded October 4, 1966 in Book 5217 of Official Records at page 345, records of said County; thence from said point of beginning along said northerly line, North 89© 00' 16" West (record N 88o 57' 42" W) 79.00 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be referred to as Point "A"; thence continuing along said northerly line, North 89© 00' 16" West 28.00 feet to a point which shall hereinafter be referred to as Point "B"' thence continuing along said northerly line, North 89o 00' 16" West 43.00 feet to the westerly line of said O'Brien-Claussen VI parcel (10730 O.R. 181), the terminus of said relinquishment line.
