RELINQUISHMENT OF ABUTTER'S RIGHTS
The Danville-San RamonMedical Center relinquish(es) to City
of Danville, Contra Costa County, State of California, the abutter's rights of access
to San Ramon Valley Blvd. as described in Exhibit A (written description)
and shown on Exhibit B (plat Map) attached hereto.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs,
successors, assigns, and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

Relinquishment of Abutter's Rights
The grantor hereby releases and relinquishes any and all abutter's rights of access
appurtenant to San Ramon Valley Boulevard along the following described line:
Commencing at a point on the southerly line of the parcel of land described in the
deed to Danville-San Ramon Medical Center, a limited partnership recorded October
6, 1981, in Book 10524 of Official Records, at page 932, records of Contra Costa
County, California, said point distant, North 72o 02' 00" East, 284.34 feet from
the most southerly corner of said Danville-San Ramon Medical Center parcel (10524
OR 932); thence from said point of commencement, North 21° 22' 00" West, 72.00 feet
to the true point of beginning; thence from said true point of beginning, North 21o
22' 00" West, 140.57 feet; then northwesterly along a tangent curve concave to the
southwest having a radius of 20.00 feet, through a central angle of 68o 56' 00",
an arc distance of 24.06 feet to a point on the southerly line of Podva Road, said
point being the terminus of the above described line.
