IT IS BY THE COUNCIL RESOLVED that the following instrument(s)

ihe undersigned, being the present title owners of record o~ the herein described
parcel of land, do hereby make 'an irrevocable offer of dedication for public use to
CONTRA COSTA COUNTY and its successor or assign, for street and highway purposes, the
real property situated in the County of Contra Costa, State of California, described
in Exhibit "A" (Written description) and shown on Exhibit "B" (plat map) attached hereto.

It is understood and agreed that CIINTRA COSTA COUNTY and its successor or assign
shall incur no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume
any responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improvemental thereon or therein,
until such offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors,
or of the local governing body of its successor or assign.
The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the heirs,
successors, assigns and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto.

A portion of the Rancho San Ramon, being a portion of that
certain parcel of land described in the deed by R.W. Warham,
et ux, to G.C. Braddock, et ux, dated August 21, 1936 and
recorded August 29, 1936 in Book 419 of Official Records,
page 176, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of the old County Road
leading from Danville to San Ramon, said point being the northwest
corner of that certain parcel of land described in the deed by
G.C. Braddock and Bertha Braddock, his wife, to Walter L. Reid
abd May B. Reid, his wife, dated March 6, 1939 and recorded
March 7, 1939 in Book 507 of Official Records, page 21, said
point also being the northwesterly corner of Subdivision 5429
filed in Book 238 of Maps at page 48, Contra Costa County Records;
thence from said Point of Beginning along the centerline of
said County Road North 11°42'17" West, 80.05 feet; thence
leaving said centerline North 89o53'09" East, 30.62 feet to a
point on a line parallel with and distant 30.00 feet easterly,
measured at right angles from said centerline; thence along
said parallel line South 11°42'17" East, 80.05 feet to a point
on the northerly boundary of said Subdivision 5429; thence along
said northerly boundary South 89o53'09" West, 30.62 feet to
the Point of Beginning.

more particularly described as follows:

described in the deed by G.C. Braddock and Bertha Braddock, his

the easterly prolongation of the northerly boundary of Subdivi-
sion 5429, as shown on the map filed in Book 238 of Maps at
page 48, Contra Costa County Records South 89°53'09" West,
24.33 feet to a point on a line parallel with and distant 42.00
feet southeasterly, measured at right angles from the centerline
of San Ramon Valley Boulevard as shown on the Precise Plan for
San Ramon Valley Boulevard. county Road No. 5301, recorded May 13,
1968 in Book 5622 of Official Records at page 437; thence along
said parallel line North 49o58'04" West, 121.63 feet; thence
leaving said parallel line North 89°53'09" East, 28.26 feet to a
point on the southwesterly boundary line of that certain strip
of land described in the deed from Charles Goold, et ux, to
Contra Costa County, dated December 27, 1919 and recorded
February 16, 1920 in Book 362 of Deeds, at page 266, being the
new State Highway leading from Danville to San Ramon; thence
along said southwesterly line South 48o44'34" East, 118.65 feet to
the Point of Beginning.
