A RESOLUTION OF THE CTT'Y COUNCTL
OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
DECLARING A SPEED LIMIT
ON
SYCAMORE VALLEY ROAD
PURSUANT TO SECTION 22358
OF THE CALIFORNIA VEHICLE CODE
The City Council of Danville RESOLVES THAT:
On the basis of a traffic and engineering survey and recommendations
thereon by the City Engineer, the following traffic regulation is
established:
Pursuant to section 22358 of the California Vehicle Code no vehicle
shall travel in excess of 35 mph on that portion of SYCAMORE VALLEY
ROAD (Rd. # 4722), beginning at the intersection of San Ramon Valley
Boulevard and extending easterly to a point 700 feet east of the
intersection of Brookside Drive;
Thence, no vehicle shall travel in excess of 45 mph on that portion
of SYCAMORE VALLEY ROAD beginning at a point 700 feet east of the
intersection of Brookside Drive and extending easterly to the inter-
section of Camino Tassajara.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 15 day of November, 1982, by the following
vote:
AYES: Lane, May, Mc Neely, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None

I, PATRICIA A. DEMPSTER, City Clerk of the City of Danville,
do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City
Council of the said City of Danville is five; that the foregoing
Resolution, being RESOLUTION NO. 47-82, was passed and adopted by
the said City Council, approved and signed by the Mayor of said
City, and attested by the Clerk of said City, all at a regular
meeting of the said Council on the 15th day of November ,
1982 A.D., and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
following votes:
AYES: Councilmembers Lane, May, Mc Neely, Offenhartz, Schlendorf
NOES: None
ABSENT: None
