Home My WebLink About041-82 DANVLLE Town of Danville 315 Diablo Road, Suite 111 Danville, CA 94526 (415) 820-6337 RESOLUTION NO. 41-82 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE Completion of Warranty Period and Release of Deficiency Deposit and Cash Deposit for Faithful Performance, Subdivisio~ 4841 On December 19, 1978, the Board of Supervisors of Contra Costa County resolved that the improvments in Subdivision 4841 were completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement with Amador Associates LTD and Mission Investment Company and now on the recommendation of the City Engineer. The City Council hereby FINDS that the improvements have satisfactorily met the guaranteed performance standards for one year after completion of acceptance; and IT IS BY THE CITY COUNCIL ORDERED that the City Treasurer is AUTHORIZED to refund the $3,000 deficiency deposit and the $500 cash deposit to Amador Associates LTD and Mission Investment Company, pursuant to Ordinance Code Section 94-4.406 and the Subdivision Agreement.
