Public Works Department, Subdivision N/A Records Section Assessor's No. N/A OFFER OF DEDICATION (I)(we) San Ramon Valley Unified School District (Allan J. ?etersdorf, Superintendent) the undersigned, being the present title owner(s} of record of the herein described parcel of land, do hereby make an irrevocable offer of dedication for public use to the CITY OF DANVILLE and its successor or assign, for street and highway pruposes, the real property situated in the City of Danville, County of Contra Costa, State of California, described in Exhibit "A" (written description) and shown on Exhibit "B"(plat map) attached hereto. It is understood and agreed that the CITY OF DANVILLE and its successor or assign shall incur no liability with respect to such offer of dedication, and shall not assume any responsibility for the offered parcel of land or any improvements thereon or therein, until such offer has been accepted by appropriate action of the Board of Supervisors, or of the local governing body of its successor or assign. The provisions hereof shall inure to the benefits of and be binding upon the heirs, successors, assigns, and personal representatives of the respective parties hereto. '~ 0¸ _ ¥ RESOLUTION NO. 82/81-82 Dedication of School Property WHEREAS, the County of Contra Costa has requested the Board of Education of the San Ramon Valley Unified School District to dedicate a portion of the District's property to said County; AND WHEREAS, the dedication of said property is essential to correct a survey error resulting in an erroneous legal description in a prior dedication; AND WHEREAS, said property is described in Exhibits A and B (attached); NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the District dedicates said property to said County for the purposes of correcting the legal description of a prior dedication; AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that no consideration is to be offered or paid in connection with such dedication.
