A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF DANVILLE
COMPLETION OF IMPROVEMENTS,
AND DECLARING EL PINTADO
TO BE A CITY STREET,
SUBDIVISION 5196
The City Engineer having notified this Council that the improvements
in Subdivision 5196 have been completed as provided in the Subdivision Agreement
with Remmil Corporation; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the improvements have been COMPLETED
for the purpose of establishing a six-month terminal period for the filing
of liens in case of action under said Subdivision Agreement:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the hereinafter described road(s), as
shown and dedicated for public use on the Final Map of Subdivision 5196 filed
December 12, 1980, in Book 248 of Maps at page 5, Official Records of Contra
Costa County,
State of California, (is/are) ACCEPTED and DECLARED to be a City Street.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the $1,000 cash deposit made by Remmil
Corporation be RETAINED for one year.
PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of October, 1982, by the
following vote:

NOES: NONE

do hereby certify that the whole number of members of the City
Council of the said City of Danville is five; that the foregoing
Resolution, being RESOLUTION NO. 30-8% was passed and adopted by
the said City Council, approved and signed by the Mayor of said
City, and attested by the Clerk of said City, all at a regular
meeting of the said Council on the 18th day of N~b~r ,
1982 A.D., and that the same was so passed and adopted by the
