FINDING THE 2001/02 to 2005/06 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM
IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE TOWN OF DANVILLE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, Town of Danville staff has prepared the 2001/02 to 2005/06 Capital Improvement
Program (CIP) for consideration by the Town Council of the T0wn. of Danville; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65401 requires the Town of Danville to make a
determination that the CIP is in conformance with the Town of Danville 2010 General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the new projects at a noticed Public Hearing
on June 26, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law; and
WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that the Planning Commission make
the determination that the CIP is consistent with the goals and polices of the Danville 2010
General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports, recommendations, and
testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville makes the following
findings:
1. The new projects included in the CIP are consistent with the Goals and Policies of the
Town of Danville 2010 General Plan.
2. The environmental impacts of each CIP project will be addressed in a manner consmtent
with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
APPROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a regular meeting on June 26, 2001 by the
following vote:
