APPROVING A ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION OF A PREVIOUSLY
APPROVED MINOR SUBDIVISION REQUEST MS 852-96 ALLOWING
A THREE PARCEL SUBDIVISION OF A 4.02 ACRE
SITE (APN: 199-130-068 - BLEDSOE)
WHEREAS, Ron Bledme has requested approval of a one-year time extension of a previously
approved Minor Subdivision (MS 852-96) which allowed for the subdivision of a 4.02 acre site
into three parcels; and
WHEREAS, the subject site is located at 576 Del Amigo Road and is further identified as
Assessor's Parcel Number 199-130-068; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Danvitle Subdivision Ordinance allows for extensions of a previously
approved parcel map for a maximum time period of 24 months; and
WHEREAS, the subject extension request constitutes the second and final 12-month extension,
extending the valid time period for the approval until March 10, 2001; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the project at a noticed public hearing on
March 14, 2000; and
WHEREAS, the project has been found to be Categorically Exempt from the requirements of
the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and
WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law; and
WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that the Planning Commission approve
the request; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports, recommendations, and
testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing; now. therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville approves a one-year time
extension of MS 852-96, and makes the following findings in support of this action:
1. The proposed project is consistent with the Danville 2010 General Plan.
2. The uses authorized and the subdivision of land are consistent with the requirements of
the subject R-40; Single Family Residential District.

Conditions within the neighborhood are substantially the same as the conditions under
which the project was originally approved.
The exercise of the prexdously approved Minor Subdivision will not result in an adversely
impact the health, safety, or welfare of the Town.
APROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a Regular Meeting on March 14, 2000 by
the following vote:
