The one-year time extension would allow for the development of a proposed project which is consistent with the Danville 2005 General Plan. The one-year time extension would allow for the development of a proposed project which is consistent with the P-l; Planned Unit Development District previously approved for the site. Circumstances related to the development of the site are substantially the same as the circumstances under which the project was originally approved. The one-year time extension for the proposed project would not result in any health, safety, or welfare impacts to the surrounding neighborhoods or the Town. The one-year time extension will allow for the completion of a thorough review of the project's building permit application and will allow the start of the project to be delayed until after the rainy season.
