HomeMy WebLinkAbout98-04RESOLUTION NO. 98-4 FINDING THE 1998/99 TO 2002/03 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE TOWN OF DANVILLE GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, Town of Danville staff has prepared the 1998/99 to 2002/03 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for consideration by the Town Council of the Town of Danville; and WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65401 requires the Town of Danville to make a determination that the CIP is in conformance with the Town of Danville 2005 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the new and modified projects at a noticed Public hearing on November 10, 1998, and; WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects are required by law; and WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that the Planning Commission make the determination that the CIP is consistent with the goals and policies of the Danville 2005 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports, recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing~ now~ therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville makes the following findings: The new or modified projects included in the CIP are consistent with the goals and policies of the Town of Danville 2005 General Plan. The environmental impacts of each C1P project will be addressed in a manner consistent with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) APPROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a Regular Meeting on November 10, 1998 by the following vote: AYES: NOES: ABSENT: ABSTAINED: Combs, Osborn, Moran, Hunt Jameson, Magliano, Rapp APPROVED AS TO FORM: City Attorney Chief of ~
