RESOLUTION NO. 96-33
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING A ONE-YEAR TIME EXTENSION OF SD 7566
WHEREAS, James S. Falk has requested approval of a one-year time extension for a
previously approved six lot Major Subdivision identified as SD 7566 on a 10.53 acre site;
and
WHEREAS, the subject site is located approximately 100 feet southwest of the Logan Lane
and El Pintado Road intersection, at 555 El Pintado Road, and is identified as Assessor's
Parcel Number 200-230-002; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville Subdivision Ordinance allows for a maximum of two one-
year time extensions of a Tentative Map approval; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the project at a noticed public hearing on
July 23, 1996; and
WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law; and
WI-IERFakS, a staff report was submitted recommending that Planning Commission approve
the request; and
WHERFa~, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports, recommendations,
and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing; now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville approves of the one year
time extension request of SD 7566 and makes the following findings in support of the time
extension:
1. The proposed project is consistent with the Danville 2005 General Plan.

The design of the proposed subdivision is in substantial conformance with the
applicable zoning regulations.
Project circumstances are substantially the same as the circumstances under which
the project was originally approved.
4. There is no evidence before the Town that the proposed project will have potential
for an adverse effect on wildlife resources or the habitat upon which the wildlife
depends.
APPROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a Regular Meeting on July 23, 1996
