APPROVING LAND USE PERMIT REQUEST LUP

WHEREAS, Pacific Bell Mobile Services has requested approval
LUP 95-29 to allow the establishment and operation of a

RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the Town of DanVille approves of the Land Use
Permit request LUP 95-29 per the conditions contained herpin, and makes the following
findings in support of the Land Use Permit request:
