A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE

housing project; and
WHEREAS, on June 28, the Town received an appeal of this administrative action from
Rich Oas, a Hidden Valley resident; and

and
WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that Planning Commission
deny the appeal; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports,
recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission of the Town
of Danville denies the appeal and makes the following findings in support of this
action:
The change to the front elevation of the subject unit is substantially consistent
with the previous architectural approval.
The change to the front elevation of the subject unit will not be repeated
elsewhere in the project and therefore will not lead to a substantial change in
the character of the overall project.
The change to the front elevation of the subject unit does not substantially
conflict with the P-l; Planned Unit Development District in which the project is
located.
