RESOLUTION NO~ 94-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DANVH.I.E
APPROVING A ONE-YEAR TIME
EXTENSION OF LUP 92-02
WHE~, Contra Costa Electric has requested approval of a one-year extension of Land
Use Permit LUP 92-(i)2, a previously approved Land Use Permit allowing the operation of
a temporary contractor's yard, on a 2.1 +/- acre site; and
WHEREAS, the subject site is located on the southeast corner of Sycamore Valley Road and
Camino Ramon, at 80(i) Camino Ramon, and is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 207-
021-010; and
WHE~, the Town of Danville Municipal Code contains provisions allowing for the
extension of Land Use Permit approvals; and
WHERF~S, this time extension extends the effective period of previously approved LUP
92-02 for one additional year, expiring on January 1, 1995; and
WHEREAS, all Conditions of Approval established under Land Use Permit LUP 92-02 will
continue to apply to the land use throughout the effective period of this time extension;
and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did .review the project at a noticed public hearing
on January 25, 1994; and
WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that Planning Commission approve
the request; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports, recommendations,
and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission of the Town of
Danville approves of the one-year time extension of Land Use Permit LUP 92-02, and
makes the following findings in support of the Land Use Permit time extension:

The proposed land use will not be detrimental to the to the health, safety, and
general welfare of the Town°
The land use will not adversely affect the orderly development of property within
the Town.
The land use will not adversely affect the preservation of property values and the
protection of the tax base within the Town.
0
The land use will not adversely affect the policy and goals as set by the General
Plan.
The land use will not create a nuisance and~or enforcement problem within the
neighborhood or community.
6. The land use will not encourage marginal development within the neighborhood.
APPROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a Regular Meeting on January 25,
1994 by the following vote:
AYES: Arnerich, Bowlby, Hunt. Jameson, Murphy, Osborn, ~rflhauer,
