HomeMy WebLinkAbout93-32EXHIBIT A RESOLUTION NO. 93-32 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE FINDING THAT THE TRANSFER OF A 0.02 ACRE PARCEL BY THE EAST BAY MUNICIPAL UTILITY DISTRICT IS IN CONFORMANCE WITH THE DANVILLE 2005 GENERAL PLAN WHEREAS, the East Bay Municipal Utility District (EBMUD) intends to sell a 0.02 acre site to the adjacent property owner at 700 Clipper Hill Road; and WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65402 requires that the Town of Danville make a determination that the sale of this 0.02 acre site by EBMUD is in conformance with the Town of Danville 2005 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the project at a noticed public hearing on July 13, 1993; and WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law; and WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that Planning Commission make the determination that sale of this 0.02 acre site is consistent with the goals and policies of the Danville 2005 General Plan; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports, recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville makes the following findings; The proposed sale of 0.02 acres from EBMUD to the property owner at 700 Clipper Hill Road is consistent with the goals and policies of the Town of Danville 2005 General Plan.
