RESOLUTION NO. 93-30
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING A ONE-YFAR TIME EXTENSION OF FINAL DEVELOPMENT PlAN 90-
29 AND VESTING TENTATIVE MAP SD 7443 -- (WOODSIDE ESTATES)
WHEREAS, Wood & Company and William Peck have requested approval of a one-year
time extension for a previously approved Final Development Plan (DP 90-29) and Vesting
Tentative Subdivision Map (SD 7443), for a 23 lot, custom single family home
development on a 10.1+ acre site; and
WHEREAS, the subject site is located on the south side of Camino Tassajara at the
intersection of Alta Vista Way (APN: 217-030-010 & 217-040-020); and
WHEREAS, the Final Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Map for the 23 lot custom
single family development was originally approved by the Planning Commission on
February 12, 1990 and expires on August 12, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the applicant submitted the first request for a one-year time extension of the
Final Development Plan and Vesting Tentative Map on May 28, 1993; and
WHERF~S, the Town of Danville Subdivision Ordinance allows up to three one-year time
extensions of a Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the project at a noticed public hearing
on June 22, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that Planning Commission
approve the request; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports,
recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission of the Town of
Danville approves the one-year time extension of Final Development Plan (DP 90-29) &
Vesting Tentative Map (SD 7443), extending the expirations to August 12, 1994 per the
Findings contained within Resolution 93-30 and makes the following findings in support
of the Final Development Plan and Tentative Map extensions:

The proposed project is consistent with the Danville 2005 General Plan.
Existing circumstances in the neighborhood are substantially similar to the
circumstances under which the project was approved.
There is no evidence before the Town that the proposed project will have potential
for an adverse effect on wildlife resources or the habitat upon which the wildlife
depends.
APPROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a Regular Meeting held on Tuesday,
June 22, 1993 by the following vote:
AYES: Bowlby, Hunt, Jameson, Murphy, Osborn, Vilhauer, Arnerich
