RESOLUTION NO. 93-28
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
APPROVING A ONE-YEAR EXTENSION OF TENTATIVE
MAP SD 7389 o- MARKEY
(APN: 206-170-011)
WHEREAS, Ruth M. Markey has requested approval of a second, one-year time extension
Of previously approved Tentative Subdivision Map SI) 7389, a seven-lot Subdivision on
1.61 +/- acre site; and
WHEREAS, the subject site is located at the northeast intersection of West Linda Mesa
Avenue and Entrada Mesa Road and is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 199-341-
(i)32; and
WHEREAS, the Tentative Map for the seven-lot Subdivision was originally approved by the
Planning Commission on December 11, 1989; and
WHEREAS. on August 7, 1990 the Danville Town Council approved the Final Map for
Phase One of Subdivision 7389, consisting of four lots; and
WHEREAS on July 28, 1992 the Planning Commission approved a one-year time
extension, extending the expiration date of the map to June 11, 1993; and
WHERF~S the applicant submitted a request for a second one-year time extension of the
Tentative Map on May 10, 1993; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Danville Subdivision Ordinance allows up to three one-year time
extensions of a Tentative Map; and
WHEREAS the Planning Commission did review the project at a noticed public hearing
on June 8, 1993; and
WHEREAS the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law;
and
WHEREAS a staff report was submitted recommending that Planning Commission
approve the request; and
WHERF~S, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports,
recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission of the Town of
Danville approves the one-year time extension of Tentative Map SD 7389, extending the
expiration of the map to June 11, 1994 per the Findings contained within Resolution 93-
28 and makes the following findings in support of the Tentative Map extension:
1. The proposed project is consistent with the Danville 2005 General Plan.
Existing circumstances in the neighborhood are substantially similar to the
circumstances under which the project was approved.
There is no evidence before the Town that the proposed project will have potential
for an adverse effect on wildlife resources or the habitat upon which the wildlife
depends.
APPROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a Regular Meeting held on Tuesday,
June 8, 1993 by the following vote:
