HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-50 RESOLUTION NO. 90-50 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE APPROVING A ONE YEAR EXTENSION OF SD 6994 WHEREAS, Debolt Civil Engineering has requested approval of a two year extension of Tentative Map SD 6994 for a seven lot subdivision on a 4.6 acre site; and WHEREAS, the subject site is located at 150 Hill Road, and is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 196-330-034; and WHEREAS, the Town of Danville Municipal Code and the Stat of California Map Act provide for an expiration date of 30 months for a Tentative Map; and the Ordinance allows up to two years of extensions; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the project at a noticed public hearing on September 25, 1990; and WHEREAS, the proper notice of this request was given in all respects as required by law; and WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that Planning Commission approve only a one year request in keeping with previous map extensions; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports, recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville approves the Tentative Map extension for one year for SD 6994 and makes the following findings in support of the extension: 1. The proposed project is consistent with the goals and policies of the Danville 2005 General Plan. 2. The proposed project is consistent with the R-20 Residential - Single Family zoning district in which it is located. 3. The site is physically suitable for the proposed density of seven lots without substantial injury to fish or wildlife or their habitat. PAGE ! OF RESOLUTION NO. 90-50 o As conditioned, the design of the subdivision plans for the future coordination of access with adjacent parcels and will not conflict with easements, required by the public at large, for access through or use of, property within the proposed subdivision. Approval of a one year Tentative Map extension is consistent with the length of time for previous map extensions in Town.
