APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING
REQUEST PUD 99-04 - TASSAJARA LANE
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
Rezoning.
The 26.73 +/- acre site, located at 2470 and 2480 Tassajara Lane, further identified as
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 207-061-012, 013,014, a portion of 011, and a portion of 207-
071-003, is rezoned from P-l; Planned Unit Development District to P-l; Planned Unit
Development District (PUD 99-04). Rezoning is based upon approved Preliminary
Development Plan - Major Subdivision request SD 8389 and the findings and conditions of
approval contained within To,vn Council Resolution No. 27-2003. Resolution No. 27-2003,
and all attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2.
Zoning Map.
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly.

SECTION 3. Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days after
adoption in a nexvspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and
again within 15 days after adoption.
SECTION 4. Effective Date.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on March 18, 2003 and approved and
adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on April 1, 2003, by the
following vote:
