APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING
REQUEST PUD 99-01 - SYCAMORE OAKS
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
Rezoning.
The 11.05 +/- acre site, located south of the intersection of Camino Tassajara and Sycamore
Valley Road adjacent to the East Bay Municipal Utility District pumping plant facility,
further identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 207-050-018, is rezoned from P-l; Planned
Unit Development District to P-l; Planned Unit Development District (PUD 99-01).
Rezoning is based upon approved Final Development Plan - Major Subdivision request SD
8283 and the findings and conditions of approval contained within Town Council Resolution
No. 30-2000. Resolution No. 30-2000, and all attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by
reference.
SECTION 2. Zoning Map.
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly.

SECTION 3.
Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days after
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its
adoption and again within 15 days after adoption.
SECTION 4.
Effective Date.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on March 8, 2000 and
approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March
21, 2000, by the following vote:

NOES: Shimansky
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
