APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING
REQUEST PUD 99-03 - DENOVA HOMES
The Town Council of the Town of Danvili e does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Rezonino,.
The 5.2 +/- acre site, located at 1230 Lawrence Road, further identified as Assessor's Parcel
Number 206-020-049, is rezoned from P-l; Planned Unit Development District to P-l:
Planned Unit Development District (PUD 99-03). Rezoning is based upon approved Final
Development Plan - Major Subdivision request SD 8308 and the findings and conditions of
approval contained within Town Council Resolution No. 29-2000. Resolution No. 29-2000,
and all attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2.
Zoninc, Map.
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danvi lle is amended accordingly.

SECTION 3.
Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days after
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and
again within 15 days after adoption.

SECTION 4. Effective Date.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on March 8, 2000 and approved and
adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March 21, 2000, by the
following vote:
