APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - lIEZONING
REQUEST PUD 98-09 - QUAIL GARDENS
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
Rezonin~.
The 5.4 +/- acre site, located at 3871 Old Blackhawk Road, further identified as Assessor's
Parcel Number 203-200-063, is rezoned from P-l; Planned Unit Development District to P-
1; Planned Unit Development District (PUD 98-09). Rezoning is based upon approved Final
Development Plan - Major Subdivision request SD 8332 and the findings and conditions of
approval contained within Town Council Resolution No. 6-2000. Resolution No. 6-2000,
and all attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2.
Zonin~ Map.
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is mended accordingly.
SECTION 3. Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days a_Qer
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and
again within 15 days after adoption.

SECTION 4.
Effective Date.
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on January 11, 2000 and approved
and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on February 1, 2000, by the
following vote:

NOES: None
ABSTAIN: None
ABSENT: None
Doyle, Arnerich,
Shimansky, Waldo
