APPROVING PRELIMINARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING
REQUEST PUD 98-07 - 309 WEST EL PINTADO ROAD
The Town Council of the Town of Danville does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1.
Rezoning.
The 2.21 +/- acre site, located at 309 West E1 Pintado, further identified as Assessor's Parcel
Number 200-170-006, is rezoned from R-15; Single Family Residential District to P-l;
Planned Unit Development District. Rezoning is based upon approved Final Development
Plan - Major Subdivision request SD 8213 and the Findings and Conditions of Approval
contained within Town Council Resolution No. 153-99. Resolution No. 153-99, and all
attachments thereto, is hereby incorporated by reference.
SECTION 2.
Zoning
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly.

SECTION 3. Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this ordinance published once within 15 days after
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and
again within 15 days after adoption.

SECTION 4. Effective Date~
This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on October 19, 1999 and approved
and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on November 3, 1999, by the
following vote:
