PUD 98-01 TO REZONE A 2.69 +/- ACRE SITE FROM R-15; SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO P-l; PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT AT 500 LA GONDA WAY (APN: 200-151-005) The Town Council of the Town of Danville DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS' SECTION 1. Rezoning. The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly. The 2.69 +/- acre site, located at the northeast comer ofLa Gonda Way and E1 Cerro Boulevard, further identified as Assessor's Parcel Number APN: 200-151-005, is hereby rezoned from R-15; Single Family Residential District to P-l; Planned Unit Development District. Rezoning is based upon the approved Final Development Plan and the Findings and Conditions of Approval contained within Town Council Resolution No. 32-98. Resolution No. 32-98, and all attachments thereto, is incorporated by reference. SECTION 2. Zoning Map. The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly. SECTION 3~ Publication. The City Clerk shall either a) have this Ordinance published once within 15 days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and again within 15 days after adoption. SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption. The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on February 17, 1998 and approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a regular meeting on March 3, 1998, by the following vote: AYES: Waldo, NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None Arnerich, Doyle, Greenberg, Shimansky MAYOR APPROVED AS TO FORM: CITY ATTORNEY ATTEST: CITY CLERK CLERK'S CERTIFICATE I, Marie Sunseri, City Clerk of the Town of Danville, hereby certify that the foregoing is a true and accurate copy of Ordinance No. 98-03 of said Town and that said ordinance was published according to law.
