AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE AMENDING SECTION 30-9.2 OF
THE DANVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO PLANNING AND ENGINEERING
FEES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. AMENDING SECTION 30-9.2 OF THE DANVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE
Section 30-9.2 of the Danville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
30-9.2 Fee Schedulel The fee for service shall be as follows:
ENGINEERING SERVICES 1994-95 FEE FOR SERVICE
*Map Check 2-10 lots = $1,300 + $125/lot;
*Review of Parcel/Final map <10 lots = $2,575 + $18/lot
Improvement Plan Cht.ck 3.5% of projects < $50,000;
Review of improveme:?t plans for street, 3.25% of projects >$50,000 &
drainage and landscal'~ag work > $100,000;

Engineering InspectioB 5.5% of projects < $ 50,000;

SECTION 2. SEVERABIHTY. The Town Council hereby declares that every section,
paragraph, clause and phrase are severable. If any section, paragraph, sentence,
clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or
constitutionality of the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases.
SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE. This ordinance shall take effect sixty (60) days
following its final passage.
SECTION 4. CODIFICATION: Sections One shall be codified in the Danville Municipal
Code. Sections Two, Three and Four shall NOT be so codified.

The foregoing Ordinance was first read and introduced on October 18, 1994 and
approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on
November 1, 1994, by the following vote:
