AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE APPROVING OF A PRELIMINARY
DEVELOPMENT PLAN - REZONING REQUEST (PUD 93-04) REZONING A TEN
ACRE SITE FROM Pol; PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT TO A NEW P-l; PLANNED
UNIT DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT FOR A 181 UNIT TOWNHOUSE DEVELOPMENT
(KAUFMAN AND BROAD OF NORTHERN CAI.IFORNIA (PORTION OF APN # 206-
010-012)
The Town Council of the Town of Danville DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Rezoning.
That the Preliminary Development Plan - Rezoning request for this ten acre parcel located
on the south side of Center Way between Crow Canyon Road and Tassajara Ranch [)rive
(a portion of APN:206-010-012) is Rezoned from P-l; Planned Unit Development District;
to a new P-I; Planned Unit Development District; Rezoning is based upon the approved
Preliminary Development Plan (PUD 93-04) and the Findings and Conditions contained
in Exhibit B.
SECTION 2. Zoning Map.
The Zoning Map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly.

SECTION 3. Publication.
The City Clerk shall either a) have this Ordinance published once within 15 days after
adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance
published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before it's adoption
and again within 15 days after adoption.

SECTION 4. Effective Date.
This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption.
SECTION 5. Codification.
Sections Two, Three, and Four shall be codified in the Danville Municipal Code. Section
One shall NOT be codified in the Danville Municipal Code.
The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on December 7, 1993 and
approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting held on
Tuesday, January 18,1994 by the following vote:
AYES: RITCHEY, GREENBERG, DOYLE, SHIMANSKY, WALDO
NOES: NONE
ABSTAIN: NONE
ABSENT: NONE
