AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE
AMENDING SECTION 30-1.2 c. OF THE DANVILLE
MUNICIPAL CODE, RELATING TO FEES
THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION ONE. AMENDING SECTION 30-1.2 c. OF THE DANVILLE MUNICIPAL
CODE. Section 30-1.2 c. of the Danville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read
as follows:
ENGINEERING SERVICE FEE FOR SERVICE
Map Check 2-10 lots = $1,275 + $120/lot;
Review of Parcel/Final map 11 or greater = $2,500 + $17/lot
Improvement Plan Check 3.5% of projects less than $50,000
Reviews of improvement plans 3.25% of projects between $50,000
for street, drainage and and $100,000
landscaping work 3% of projects $100,000 and above
Engineering Inspection 5.5% of projects less than $50,000
Inspection of installation of 5.2% of projects between $50,000
street, drainage and and $100,000
landscaping improvements 5% of projects $100,000 and above
Street Lighting
Operation of public street lighting system One year operational cost + 10%
Encroachment Permit $95 minimum or 5.5% of
Work within public right-of-way construction costs for large projects
Drainage Permit $95 minimum of 5.5% of

SECTION TWO. SEVERABILITY: The Town Council hereby declares that every
section, paragraph, clause and phrase are severable. If any section, paragraph, sentence,
clause or phrase of this Ordinance is for any reason held to be invalid or
unconstitutional, such invalidity or unconstitutionality shall not affect the validity or
constitutionality of the remaining sections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases.
SECTION THREE. CODIFICATION: Section One shall be codified in the Danville
Municipal Code. Sections Two and Three shall NOT be codified in the Danville Municipal
Code.
The foregoing Ordinance was first read and introduced on December 7, 1993 and
approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on January 18,
1994 by the following vote:
