HomeMy WebLinkAbout92-02 ORDINANCE NO. 92:02 APPROVING REZONING REQUEST RZ 91-04 REZONING 2.25 +/- ACRES FROM R-20; SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO R-15; SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT The Town Council of the Town of Danville DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. Rezoning. That the 2.25 +/- acre parcel located at 167 Hill Road (APN: 196-330-007) is Rezoned from. R-20; Single Family Residential District to R-15; Single Family Residential District. Rezoning is based upon the approved Tentative Map SD 7665 and the Findings and Conditions contained within Exhibit A of Resolution No. 08-92. SECTION 2. Zoning Map. The City Clerk shall either a) have this Ordinance published once within 15 days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this ordinance published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before it's adoption and again within 15 days after adoption. PAGE 1 OF ORDINANCE NO. 92-02. SECTION 4. Effective Date. This Ordinance becomes effective 30 days after its adoption. SECTION 5. Codification. Sections Two, Three, and Four shall be codified in the Danville Municipal Code. Section One shall NOT be codified in the Danville Municipal Code. The foregoing ordinance was first read and introduced on January 21, 1992, and approved and adopted by the Danville Town Council at a Regular Meeting on February 4, 1992 by the following vote: AYES: Lane, Greenberg, Doyle, Ritchey, Shimansky NOES: None ABSTAIN: None ABSENT: None APPROVED AS TO FORM: ATTEST: CLERK PAGE 2 OF ORDINANCE NO. 92-02.
