HomeMy WebLinkAbout90-17 Ordinance No. 90-17 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE APPROVING REZONING OF TWO NON-CONTIGUOUS SITES FROM R-15; SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT TO 0-1; LIMITED OFFICE DISTRICT AND AMENDING THE ZONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF DANVILLE The Town Council of the Town of Danville DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Rezoning. That the six parcels totaling .77 acres in size and located on the easterly side La Gonda approximately 160 feet northwest of the intersection of E1 Cerro Boulevard and La Gonda Way Way (Assessor's Parcel Nos.: 200-260-001 through 006), further described as 530 La Gonda Way, and the 1.26 +/- acre parcel located on the south side of E1 Cerro Boulevard at the intersection of E1 Cerro Boulevard and West E1 Pintado (Assessor's Parcel No.: 200-140-016) described as 400 El Cerro Boulevard collectively as shown on Exhibits B-1 and B-2 of the Town Council staff report dated September 4, 1990, are rezoned from R-15; Single Family Residential District to O-1; Limited Office District. Rezoning is based upon the Findings of Approval contained in Attachment A. Section 2. Zoning Map. The zoning map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly. Section 3. Publication. The City Clerk shall either a) have this Ordinance published once within 15 days after adoption in a newspaper of general circulation or b) have a summary of this Ordinance published twice in a newspaper of general circulation once five days before its adoption and again with 15 days before its adoption. The proposed rezoning from R-15; Single Family Residential to O-1; Lhnited Office District is consistent with the Danville 2005 General Plan. 2.
