SONING MAP OF THE TOWN OF DJ~VILLE
The Town Council of the Town of Danville DOES ORDAIN AB FOLLOWS:
S~CTION 1. Rezonina.
That the 16.29 + acre parcel located on the east side of Old
Blackhawk Road, ~ying approximately one-half mxle north of the
intersection of ~Am~,o Tassa4ara and Old Blackhawk Road (APN: 203-
...... as shown on the Preliminary
161-003/004, 203-171-009/011/013)
Development Plan for PUD 89-12, prepared by Westfall Engineers and
dated.December 20, 1989, is rezoned from A-2;. General Agricultural
District to P-l; Planned Unit Development District. Rezoning is
based upon the findings and conditions contained in Attachment A.
S~CTION 2. Zoning MaD.
The zoning map of the Town of Danville is amended accordingly.
SECTION 3. Publication.

The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Danville held February 6, 1990 and was
adopted and ordered published at a meeting of the Council held on
February 20 , 1990, by the following vote:
