(Fees) of the Contra Costa )

ing Fees for Planning and )
Related Services )
)
The Town Council of the Town of Danville DOES ORDAIN as
follows:
!
SECTION 1. Purpose. The Town Council has determined that the
present fees for those services are inadequate to cover the city's
reasonable cost of providing the services. It is necessary for the
city to revise its fee schedule to insure that charges compare more
directly to the cost of processing services provided by the City,
and to insure that the fees collected are both reasonable and non-
discriminatory. Town staff has ~valuated the costs of providing
planning and related services and has recommended a revised fee
schedule.
SECTION 2. Finding. Due to the wide variety of city planning and
related services provided and because the scope and complexity of
each project and application differ, the actual cost of providing
city services cannot be determined precisely. The fees established
herein represent the estimated reasonable cost of providing
services for which the fees are charged.
