FINDING THE 2012-)g3 CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM IN
CONFORMANCE WITH THE TOWN OF DANVILLE GENERAL PLAN
WHEREAS, Town of Danville staff has prepared the 2012/ 13 Operating Budget and
Capital Improvement Program (CIP) for consideration by the Town Council of the
Town of Danville; and
WHEREAS, Government Code Section 65401 requires the Town of Danville to make a
determination that the CIP is in conformance with the Town of Danville 2010 General
Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did review the CIP projects at a noticed Public
Hearing on July 10, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the public notice of this action was given in all respects as required by law;
and
WHEREAS, a staff report was submitted recommending that the Planning Commission
make the determination that the CIP is consistent with the Goals and Polices of the
Danville 2010 General Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission did hear and consider all reports,
recommendations, and testimony submitted in writing and presented at the hearing;
now, therefore, be it
RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of the Town of Danville makes the
following findings:
• The projects included in the CIP are consistent with the Goals and Policies of the
Town of Danville 2010 General Plan.
• The environmental impacts of each CIP project will be addressed in a manner
consistent with the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act
(CEQA).
APPROVED by the Danville Planning Commission at a regular meeting on
July 10, 2012 by the following vote:
